Advanced Practice Provider - APRN

• Position: Nurse Practitioner, Inpatient Consult Liaison
• Location: Evanston and Skokie Hospital
• Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours: Monday - Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. with one weekend a month
• Required Travel: Glenbrook and Skokie Hospitals
  
  

What You Will Need

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of Masters level program in specialty area. PMHNP certification highly preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Two (2) years of prior mental health experience preferred

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
• Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

• Compensation: Salary Range: $140,000 to $157,000 based on years on nurse practitioner or physician assistant experience
