- Position : Advanced Practice Provider (APN / PA) - Nephrology and Hypertension
- Location : Glenbrook Hospital
- Full Time / Part Time : Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Hours : Monday - Friday between 8 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m.
- IF APPLICATBLE- No Weekends, No Evenings, No Call, No Holidays
- Required Travel : N / A
- Salary Pay Range : $111,000 - $145,000. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on previous experience
