- Hourly Pay Range: $33.45- $58.67/hour. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors
- Location: Warrenville, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, [hours and flexible work schedules]
As an Beaker / Laboratory Information Systems Application Analyst II at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for assisting in specific areas of IT including full life cycle management, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of technology solutions and platforms. In addition, you will contribute toward identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, supporting the growth of the organization, promoting patient and user experience, and helping create innovative solutions with operations. You will help foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, and perform administrative tasks as assigned.
What You Will Do
- Design, document, implement and test software/application solutions.
- Monitor and manage the timely resolution/closure of assigned tickets.
- Collaborates with vendors on issues/upgrades for assigned portfolio.
- Lead small to medium sized projects following PMO defined processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project/team activities and results as requested.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements/priorities and translate/document them into build specifications
- Serve as an Epic Subject Matter Expert (SME), primary support contact & bridge communication between users and Epic technical support
- Work closely with the laboratory department to optimize current workflows & implement new ones
- Be part of a team that supports several Epic modules and other integrated applications & technologies.
- Work closely with lab techs, doctors and other hospital staff, both clinical and non-clinical users, to write reports and optimize workflows.
- Recommend, contribute and lead process improvement efforts
- Serve as a resource for other team members including mentoring junior team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in relevant technologies
