- Collaborate with an exceptional multidisciplinary team of leading Neurologists, Neuro-Ophthalmologists, Neuro-Psychologists, and Neuro-Radiologists.

- Experience in deep brain stimulation management.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Neurology.
- Illinois medical license (MD/DO) or pending.
- Valid DEA/Controlled Substance License.
