- Location : Training at 6450 W Touhy Ave, Niles. Transition to 3060 Salt Creek Ln, Arlington Heights after training
- Full Time / Part Time : Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Hours : Monday - Friday between 8 : 00 a.m. and 4 : 30 p.m.
- Weekends and Holidays as needed
- Required Travel : N / A
- Salary Pay Range : $111,000 - $145,000. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on previous experience

What you will do :
The Nurse Practitioner, APRN, functions as part of a multidisciplinary health team in accordance with privileges approved by the credentialing committee to provide high-quality, cost-effective advanced care to patients. The NP is responsible for the health outcome of an assigned patient population and consults, confers, and collaborates as needed to ensure the best patient outcomes. Provides professional patient care in the Outpatient Infusion Center on an off-campus site, including performing problem focused histories and physical examinations, interprets laboratory tests, and diagnostic tests. Interprets and correlates subjective and objective data. Has ability to formulate a differential diagnosis and establishes a working diagnosis for each patient.
