- Position: Patient Care Technician
- Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.08. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $18.84 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
- Location: Highland Park, IL
- Part Time: 12 hours per week, evening shift
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00p-11:30p, flexible schedule with rotating weekends and holidays
- Eligible to work in the US
- Completion of an accredited certified nursing assistant (CNA) training course preferred
- Completion of at least one nursing clinical rotation in medical or surgical nursing preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- Current BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider issued by either American Heart Association If not current or does not have certification, required to be obtained within the employee’s introductory period (within 90 days of hire date).
- Work under the supervision of a RN to deliver patient care
- Assist with Vital Signs (includes manual blood pressure), 12-Lead EKG, Bladder Ultrasound, Foley catheter and IV adapter removal, sterile specimen collection, bathing, beds, ambulating, turning, hourly rounding, blood glucose, feeding, admitting patients to room, preparing patients for discharge and any other duties delegated by the Registered Nurse
- Assist with the implementation of a patient specific care plan
- Participate in other activities which are essential to the functioning of the patient care unit
