- Position: Patient Scheduling Representative II - Cancer Center
- Hourly Pay Range: $17.94 - $30.00. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Location: Edward Cancer Center - Naperville, IL and Plainfield location as needed.
- Full Time | 40 hours/week
- Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-4pm with rotating Fridays, 7:30am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays, but clinics are open Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and Day after Thanksgiving
- Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, schedules procedures for all appointments in Medical/Radiation.
- Enters scheduling information into computer system, generates daily reports and distributes to appropriate departments.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Minimum of six months of previous experience in scheduling
- Medical terminology or previous experience in healthcare setting
- Analytical skills to maintain and modify the scheduling module
