- Position: Patient Scheduling Representative II
- Hourly Pay Range: $17.94 - $30.00. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $20.69 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
- Location: Niles, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time
- Hours: On the Weekends: M-F: 7:30 am-4:00 pm
- Required Travel: No
- What you will do:
- Providing GREAT customer service
- Obtaining/Verifying demographic and insurance information
- Scheduling/canceling/rescheduling appointments per protocol
- Takes clear and concise messages and relays to the appropriate clinical staff.
- Must be multi-functional and adapt to changes when needed
- Must be comfortable sitting at a computer for long periods of time answering one call after another. The position uses a headset and dual monitors.
- What you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED, BILINGUAL SPANISH preferred but no required
- Minimum one year of physician office experience or Customer Service experience
- Strong organizational skills, a multi- tasker and able to adapt to change when needed
- Must be able to type 25 wpm.
