Position Highlights
Assist all healthcare professionals and patients, in the process of collecting Prior to Admission Medication History of patients being admitted to the hospital. This will require using the resources provided to identify recent outpatient medication dispenses, interviewing the patient, contacting pharmacies, and accurately documenting the collected information. This work will primarily be conducted in the Emergency Department but may also include inpatient floors. Works only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist

- Position: Pharmacy Tech Medicine Reconciliation
- Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - 32.53
- The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Location: Naperville, IL
- Full Time
- Hours: 11am-9:30pm & 1pm-11:30pm with rotating weekend & holiday schedule
- Four 10 hrs shifts/week & Every 3rd Weekend Rotation
- Education (Required):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Certifications (Required):
- Current License as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Illinois
- One of the following must be met:
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification or must obtain CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) within 90 days of hire, or
- Successfully passed the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) examination pending certification, or
- Current Pharmacy Technician license with “Student” designation issued by the State of Illinois
