Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist II to join our inpatient team, working days with some weekends. This role provides evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in clinical supervision of students
Requirements:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
- Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation
- 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in hospital or acute care settings
