Position : Physician Assistant (PA) - Internal Medicine - Medical Group
Location : 731 S. IL Route 21, Gurnee, IL
Full Time / Part Time : Full-Time (40 hrs / wk)
Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 30AM to 5 : 00pm & rotating weekends
Required Travel : No
Salary Pay Range : $111,000 - $143,000. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on previous experience

What you will need :

Acute Care PA OR Adult Gerontology Acute Care PA Board Certification (NCCPA Board Certification) if applicable

Education : Bachelor Degree required; Masters degree preferred

Current PA License in the State of Illinois required

Illinois Controlled Substance & Federal DEA License required

BLS / ACLS certification required

3-5 years of PA experience in Primary Care, Immediate Care, or Emergency Medicine required

What you will do :

Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease

Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities

Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants

Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
