Position Highlights

• Position: Registered Nurse
• Hourly Pay Range: $34.68 - $55.15. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $36 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks
• Location: Evanston Hospital, Neuro/Uro/Overflow
• Full Time/Part Time: Full-time, 36 hours per week
• Hours: night shift (7pm-7:30am)
  
  

What You Will Need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred
  
  

What You Will Do

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
