- Position: RN - Ambulatory Surgery
- Hourly Pay Range: $34.68 - $55.15. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors
- Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $36.00 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks
- Location: Skokie Hospital, Skokie, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts with rotating start times between 0500-1400
- Required Travel: Must be willing to travel to other NorthShore sites
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
- Experience: Med/Surg experience required
- Unique or Preferred Skills: ASU Experience
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
