This role will partner with external consultants and internal leaders to understand the market trends, technology solutions, and processes to develop a best-in-class compensation administration function. This role will ensure that the model’s technical design is compliant with FMV guidelines, internally equitable, and that the model structurally performs properly and consistently. In addition to working with Chairs and Operations Leaders this role will also be responsible for Annual Salary Resets, Starting Salaries, New Hire Evaluations, Contracting and Designing, Supporting and maintaining the Technology solutions related to Provider Compensation Platform including development of new Communication Tools – Smart Phone, Dash Boards etc. The primary function will be partnering with other analysts and leaders to adjudicate timely compensation administration.

Position Highlights
- Position: Senior Analyst, Physician Compensation
- Hourly Pay Range: $38.67 - $59.94. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Location: Evanston, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required
- Work with team of analysts to administer compensation models on a timely basis
- Ensure Provider Compensation Model’s technical design is compliant with FMV guidelines, Internally Equitable, and that the model structurally performs properly and consistently.
- Annual Salary Resets, Starting Salaries, New Hire Evaluations, and Provider Contracting
- Responsible for the preparation of compensation models and incentives plans for employed and affiliated physicians and mid-level providers.
- Responsible for the development and distribution of physician and mid-level provider productivity reports and other tools for use by the providers and departmental leadership.
- Serves as a consultant/subject matter expert to the Medical Group on compensation and ensures that decisions are in alignment with the organization’s total rewards philosophy and business strategy.
- Conducts research to understand industry and organization-specific issues, including financial information, compensation and rewards and corporate performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Certification: n/a
- Experience:
- 5 years overseeing provider compensation
- 5 years of advanced professional experience in compensation administration to include incentive design
- Unique or Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills required.
- Project management and problem-solving skills
