Position Highlights
- Sign on bonus: Yes ($5000/paid in two installments 3 months/12 months) ; Full Time Status ; Must have 1 year Telemetry Monitoring (or related) experience to qualify for the sign on bonus. Employees also must pass Telemetry Test during Orientation period.
- Position: Telemetry Technician
- Hourly Pay Range: $17.51 - $28.00. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $19.31 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
- Location: Elmhurst Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
- Hours: Day Shift (Rotating Holidays/Weekends)
- Required Travel: no

What You Will Need
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred Certification :
- EKG Certification
- Experience: Minimum three months of previous healthcare or monitor tech experience.
- Must pass initial and ongoing competencies.
- Unique or Preferred Skills:
- Experience monitoring rhythms of anywhere between 50-70 patients
- Experience with Philips Monitoring System
- Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, ability to prioritize, ability to receive and follow through on directions.
