What You'll Do :

  • Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners to drive growth.
  • Identify and cultivate new referral sources, creating long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze the market to develop and execute strategic, results-driven marketing plans.
  • Meet regularly with key "decision-makers," conduct sales calls / Zoom meetings, and assess the impact of your field activities.
  • Support the team by assisting with inquiries and intakes as needed to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Represent the Endeavor brand professionally by attending, hosting, and presenting at conferences, community events, networking meetings, and other social gatherings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • What You Bring :

  • 2 years of Healthcare Sales and / or Marketing experience in Arizona.
  • Proven success in creating and implementing impactful marketing strategies.
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, achievement-driven mindset - you thrive on setting and surpassing goals.
  • Autonomous and strategic thinking - you can identify key accounts and create actionable territory roadmaps.
  • Creativity and innovation to solve challenges and stand out in the market.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily for field responsibilities.
