Endeavor Hotel Group, LLC is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Part - Time Banquet Bartender for The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes a trademark by Wyndham located in Baxter, Minnesota!
As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication skills,
fine attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Specific job responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner without being intrusive
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area
- Cut fruit and prepare ingredients as necessary
- Show up on time in a proper uniform ready to go
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale system
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and
professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Knowledge of food service and catering procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Will be required to complete TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) Alcohol Training within 30
days of employment
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
