Endeavor Hotel Group, LLC is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team as a Housekeeper for The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes located in Baxter, Minnesota!
As a Housekeeper, you will work with a team of cleaning professionals and may be assigned to different shifts each week. Our ideal Housekeeper is able to notice small details as they complete their room cleaning responsibilities. Candidates with prior cleaning experience are preferred, but we are willing to train hardworking individuals who are motivated to work hard as a member of our team!
Schedule: Variable hours with some weekends required.
Full-time positions include options for medical, dental, and vision insurance!
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Clean hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby and all other guest areas
- Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Empty trash bins
- Change linens and towels and replace toiletries
- Provide laundry services for guests
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to complete the daily cleaning schedule
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed for the hand cart
- Report any issues that require maintenance to management
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Physical stamina to remain on your feet and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Careful attention to detail
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow through on instructed tasks and manage time efficiently
- Friendly service-driven disposition
