Endeavor Hotel Group, LLC is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Snack Bar Attendant for The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes located in Baxter, Minnesota!
As a Snack Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area at the water park. This role includes handling transactions, ensuring guest satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to create a positive environment for guests and employees.
Specific job responsibilities include:
- Solve problems within authority and work with other staff and management to accomplish needed tasks.
- Ensure a Positive Guest Experience in the water park
- Follow up on any negative Guest Experiences that may take place in the water park with the Water Park Manager
- Create a positive work environment for all employees
- Ensure proper safety logs and cleanliness is followed and maintained
- Strong self-motivation, communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible for the counting of banks at the beginning and end of shift
- Responsible for proper transactions of items into our POS system
- Must be available 7 days per week, including weekends, holidays and being called in when needed.
- Collect used pool towels each hour in order to not run out. The Executive Housekeeper will show you how to run towels through the laundry
- Clean tables each hour to maintain a clean and uncluttered environment for our guests
- Have a positive attitude with all guests and employees
- May need to work alone on some shifts
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Strong Communication with all other departments

- Report daily all issues concerning staff or the hotel to the Water Park Manager.
- Follow all policies.
- Assist in maintaining Desk Staff and Lifeguard morale.
- Assist in tracking the lost and found.
- Excellent telephone and in-person communication skills.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Ability to positively influence others.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
