Asset Management Analyst | CRE Developer / Owner | San Diego
We are working with a vertically integrated real estate investment firm focused on Class A development projects throughout the US, that is looking to add an Asset Management Analyst to help support their multibillion-dollar portfolio.
This is a high-visibility role, where you'll drive strategic decision-making
through sophisticated financial modeling. You'll build and maintain property-level Argus cash flow models that power the firms core operations in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your analytical insights will directly shape executive decisions as you prepare and present materials to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements / Experience :
- BA / BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 1-3 years analytical experience in finance, asset management, or real estate related role
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience using Argus Enterprise required
- Experience preparing real estate cash flow models and related analysis
- Effective interpersonal and oral & written skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear, concise and professional manner; strong research skills
- Organized and curious with strong attention to detail; dedicated to excellence in work product and delivery
