To achieve this vision, Linda seeks a dynamic Chief of Staff to act as a trusted partner, strategist, and executor. This is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City.

Linda Rottenberg is one of the world’s foremost voices on global entrepreneurship, venture capital, and business transformation. She has been named an “Innovator for the 21st Century” ( TIME ) and one of “America’s Best Leaders” ( U.S. News & World Report) , while Thomas Friedman dubbed her “The World’s Mentor Capitalist.”
Linda also serves as Lead Independent Director at Globant (NYSE : GLOB); Board Member at OLO (NYSE : OLO) and Pershing Square SPARC (NYSE : SPARC); Vice-Chair of Yale University’s President’s Council on International Activities; and Advisor to Yale Ventures and Lightship Capital’s Anchor Fund.

The Chief of Staff Opportunity :
The Chief of Staff role is demanding but deeply rewarding. It’s about high-stakes problem-solving, building bridges across cultures, and helping Linda navigate the intersections of entrepreneurship, venture capital, and impact. You’ll need grit, grace, and a get-it-done mentality to thrive.
In this role you will act as Linda’s alter ego, enabling her to focus on core priorities while assisting her in managing the operational complexity of leading a global organization.
This position is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and is eager to contribute to Endeavor’s next phase of growth.

Compensation & Next Steps
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with one of the world’s most influential leaders in entrepreneurship. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, expected to be at $150K-180K base plus bonus opportunity and health and retirement benefits.
