Manager of Corporate Risk | CRE Investment Firm | Chicago
We are working with a leading real estate investment firm that is seeking a Manager of Corporate Risk to play a key role in identifying and managing enterprise-wide risk across the firm’s multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings (US and international).
This position will work cross-functionally, with both internal/external stakeholders, and cover everything from data analytics and general liability, to builder’s risk and environmental. Additionally, you would be helping manage a small/growing team of analysts.
This is a comprehensive, high-visibility role, that will work closely with the Director of Corporate Risk in refining processes, and helping to fine-tune the overall risk management program (especially as it relates to insurance).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from top-tier university required; CPA or JD strongly preferred
- 7 years’ experience at a large enterprise with a robust/established risk management department
- Management experience is a plus
- Commercial Real Estate experience is a plus
