What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Endeavor?
Analyst (Asset Management) | Leading CRE Investment Firm | Healthcare
We are working with a leading CRE investment firm that is looking to add an Analyst to help oversee an institutional portfolio of Class A senior housing assets, which is part of our client's multibillion dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings throughout the US.
This is an operationally focused role, that will focus on performance metrics, data analysis, and relationship building with their operating partners.
CRE experience is not a prerequisite (although helpful), but advanced Excel modeling skills are.
Our client is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, and this would be an opportunity to be a part of that growth.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar
- 2 years of experience working in an analytical, quantitatively driven environment, ideally with an institutional organization
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Experience working with a large CRE owner/operator, asset manager, or PE firm is a plus (not a prerequisite)
