ABOUT THE ROLE

Endeavor Global’s Finance Team is seeking a detailed-oriented and enthusiastic Financial Data Intern to support the Finance team with its collection, cleanup, and consolidation of data. The Finance team supports Endeavor’s mission by managing the headquarter’s finance operations, budgeting, and accounting practices. This position will be responsible for assisting with the collection and organization of financial data from our affiliate offices and any other finance and accounting ad-hoc projects.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s office in Downtown Manhattan.

Program Duration : Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025
Pay : $17 / hr, up to 40 hours / week
Candidates : For this role, we are accepting applications from rising juniors or rising seniors.

HIRING TIMELINE

We will begin the interviews starting in January and send out offer letters by the end of March .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this position include :

Assist in the analysis of financial data from our Affiliate offices worldwide

Organize, consolidate, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, Snowflake, and Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency

Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data

Support finance team with ad-hoc projects

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an undergraduate student with :

A strong academic background in Data Science and Analytics with an interest in Accounting and / or Finance

Knowledge of Data warehouse and visualization tools like Snowflake, Tableau,

Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc)

Strong analytical skills, organizational skills and attention to detail

Flexibility and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks

A passion for economic development and Endeavor's mission; and

Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection.

BENEFITS, PAY, TIMELINE

This position will be compensated at NY State minimum wage ($17 / hour) up to 40 hours per week.

The Summer Internship Program will run from Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025.

Internships follow a hybrid schedule and interns will be expected to work in our Downtown Manhattan Office 3 days a week (as determined by the hiring team).
