Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum
$82,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum
$110,000 annually

Responsibilities
Programming and Events
- Collaborate with cross-functional team for employee initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of programming for Impact and Inclusion and general employee-centric programing, including volunteer events, company day of service, celebration moments, lunch and learns, and ERG events/programming
- Support the execution of Impact, Inclusion & Advocacy external-facing activations
- Support on the development and execution of industry inclusion programs
- Support client events and initiatives internally and across the network
- Manage the budget, process, and deliverables for the company’s charitable contributions
- Track and report on the impact of contributions and donations, providing updates to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Develop communications to showcase the company’s commitment to social impact
- Support internal and external-facing impact and inclusion-related communications strategy and materials
- Develop and manage culture and employee engagement-centric internal communications
- Support in producing impact and inclusion materials such as annual reports, e-blasts, newsletters, social media posts, invitations, and toolkits as needed
- Lead social media efforts for impact and inclusion
