Principal - Asset Management (Alternative Credit) | Global PE Firm | Dallas
We are working with a global asset manager that is looking to add a principal-level Asset Manager to their growing Alternative Credit group, who will manage a small team of analysts and associates, and focus on credit monitoring and complex financial analysis across the platform.
This is a high-visibility role that will cover everything from day-to-day monitoring of corporate credit investments and preparing borrowing bases, to development of policies and procedures to ensure accurate covenant monitoring.

Experience :
- 10-15 years of credit monitoring experience with a large financial institution or private equity firm
- Experience with Asset Based Lending and Asset Based Securities in the areas of consumer, commercial, and equipment leasing
- Experience negotiating and executing leverage facilities
