Senior Associate, Capital Markets | CRE Investment Firm
We are working with a leading real estate investment firm that is looking for a Senior Associate to join their fast-paced Capital Markets team, and support growth across their multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings (US and international).
This is a high-visibility role, on a high-visibility team, that will help support all aspects of a current mortgage / construction loan portfolio of $4B , in addition to helping handle future capital markets needs, as well as working with your Manager on all debt / equity raises in both public and private markets.

Qualifications :
- BS / BA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related major, from top-tier university
- 5 years of financial analysis, RE mortgage financing, capital markets issuance, or related experience, ideally with an institutional CRE investor
- Experience with construction financing, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc. preferred
