VP, Asset Management - Multifamily
We are working with an established, highly-successful CRE investment firm ($15B AUM) that is looking for a VP of Asset Management to help oversee the operational and financial performance of the firm’s multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings throughout the US (mainly Class A multifamily).
This candidate will also be handling general portfolio management, strategic planning, and investments, and will be regularly presenting performance improvement and transaction recommendations to the executive leadership team and Investment Committee.

Experience
- 8-12 years of direct asset management experience, working with a large CRE owner / operator, asset manager, or PE firm
- Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar
- Experience implementing and overseeing strategy at both the property and portfolio level, with the ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Experience conducting deep financial and operational analysis for a CRE portfolio, against historical performance
- Experience taking part on the transactional side
