What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician Level 1 position at Endeavour Energy LLC?
Thermal Works LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician, Level 1 to join our team, working directly with the thermal works team as well as local contractors, focusing on Startup/Commissioning and Service for all thermal works equipment. We are looking for someone who is a detail-oriented individual who is goal-oriented with a foundational knowledge in HVAC. This individual should have good written and verbal communication skills. The Service Technician needs to be agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person can work equally as well independently as with a team.

Reports to: Director of Service
Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Manage Preventative Maintenance and Service schedules.
- Perform on-site quality Control for the installation of Thermal Works products.
- Perform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients
- Be available to take emergency issues when on call.
- Monitor service software closely to ensure services are met on a timely schedule.
- Collaboration with different departments within the company for product development and improvement.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of thermal works equipment.
- 60% travel requirement within the United States.
Education and Experience
- 608 EPA certification.
- Experience in Mechanical Critical infrastructure Service and Maintenance.
Specific Skills / Abilities
- Base line circuit analysis and troubleshooting of electrical components.
- knowledge of hydronic systems.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot HVAC systems.
- Understand refrigeration theory as well as hands-on applied sciences.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to read drawings at a basic level.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the day.
