As one of our knowledgeable story-tellers you will play a critical role in customer discovery, and provide a concierge-style end to end experience. This role offers lifestyle friendly hours and a real opportunity for connection, with both our customers and store team. The ROLE :

• Create a distinctive customer experience by actively sharing your passion for wine and investing time into every customer moment
• Produce powerful tasting events which inspire your customers to engage with and learn about our products
• Build rapport by taking our customers on a tailored journey of discovery, centred around education on product and loyalty benefits
• Collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales targets and KPIs, always exhibiting a continuous improvement mindset
• Advocate for education and empower store team members with knowledge sharing and product coaching
