NY Lagone is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst with legal experience to support our growing business. The Contract Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing a variety of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and interpret contracts.
- Draft and negotiate basic contract terms.
- Maintain contract databases and tracking systems.
- Ensure contract compliance with legal and company policies.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in contract review and analysis, preferably with legal experience/background.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles.
