- Supports the successful implementation of Loan IQ within the Commercial Banking readiness group.
- Ensures seamless coordination, planning, and execution of system conversion activities.
- Enables smooth transition to Loan IQ for business operations and front office teams.
- Requires proven experience in change implementation and readiness planning (Commercial Banking preferred).
- Demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with all levels of leadership and cross-functional teams are essential.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and SharePoint is a plus.
- Experience with Loan IQ or similar system conversion projects is a plus.
