What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Facilitator/PM position at Endictus?
This position shall provide program assessment support for the Center for Character and Leadership Development (CCLD) through the Research and Scholarship Division Chief. This position will be located on-site at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado and is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements:- Design, refine, and instruct the CCLD menu of services and curriculum for USAFA Permanent Party and cadets addressing organizational concerns, professionalism, the profession of arms, and character and leadership development. This includes creating lesson plans, delivering content, and assessing audience learning.
- Provide advice and counsel to improve quality of educational programs.
- Advise on approaches to market the menu of services and program objectives and produce overview briefings, white papers, and marketing data as required.
- Arrange venues, register participants, and schedule facilitators for workshops and other development events hosted by CCLD.
- Monitor project status and provide updates for the Development Division Chief via email, PowerPoint, and in-person.
- Attend periodic staff and management meetings.
- Manage the Cadet Mentoring Program, recruiting mentors and mentees, working with platform administrators to address questions and concerns.
- Report ongoing status and progress of Cadet Mentoring Program to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in leadership, organizational management, or behavioral sciences, or equivalent professional experience.
- Coaching credential from an accredited source, recognized by the International Coaching Federation, is desired.
- Minimum two years’ experience in the development and execution of professional development curriculum or equivalent.
