Endiprev is an internationally recognized wind energy corporation. We offer specialized services, project commissioning, preventive maintenance, as well as corrective and major corrective measures, for onshore and offshore wind energy equipment.
ROLE:
We are currently looking for an Fleet and Inventory administrator to support the Infrastructure department.
LOCATION
Full-time position based in our office in Flower Mound, Texas.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with fleet coordination, ensuring vehicles are available, clean, safe and in good working condition for technicians.
- Manage company fuel cards.
- Assist with purchasing equipment, including tooling, PPE, and other necessary materials.
- Research and compare vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Process and verify purchase orders.
- Record and update equipment in the ERP inventory system.
- Maintain inventory.
- Perform physical inventory checks and cross-reference with ERP records.
- Prepare, verify, and pack materials for shipment to designated sites.
- Conduct equipment inspections.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a current driver’s license.
- Qualified to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Ability to communicate, orally, and in writing, with clarity, fluency, and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
- Detail oriented.
- Possessing a collaborative spirit; a team player.
- Willingness to take over responsibility independently.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable with general office tasks.
- Willing to run errands, including moving vehicles, taking packages to shipping facilities.
