Experienced Carpenter/Drywall specialist

Endless Energy, a growing energy efficiency company, established for almost 40 years, is seeking a self-motivated and reliable carpenter/drywall specialist. Must be driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented to work in this exciting, fast-paced environment. Candidate must be located within a reasonable distance of Marlborough, MA.

Desired Candidate Background

• Valid Home Improvement Contractor license with the state of Massachusetts
• High School or GED equivalent preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driver record
• Must be able to undergo a background check
• Must be able to speak fluent English. Additional languages are a plus!
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more regularly and able to learn and follow proper lifting, pushing, pulling and moving techniques where safety is a priority
• Must be able to be on your feet 6-8 hours per day

• Full-time position with overtime potential (regular hours will be 7:30am-4pm)

Responsibilities:

• Work with HVAC installation crews to assist with various carpentry needs such as pull down stairs, drywall repairs, popcorn ceilings, etc to help complete the install of client projects.
• Have the work ethic to want to finish on time and correctly with minimal call backs
