Full Time - Day shift (0700-1500) - Rotating On-Call Responsibilities
Requirements: Associates Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or technically related discipline OR three years related experience; OR one year related experience and professional certifications in networking, computing and security comparable to CompTIA A , Network , and Security*, and Cisco CCENT, CCNA, and/or CCDA. Two years directly related experience in network troubleshooting and maintenance, job control, upgrades, and backups.
Job Summary: Provide front-line event management for all information technology systems, networks, devices, and facilities. Proactively monitor information technology and assure rapid response to alerts to support high availability and rapid restoration of services. Apply troubleshooting and technical skills as well as coordinate with departments, internal and external technical service providers, and external business partners to resolve incidents. Ensure compliance with cyber security and operational practices, create work tickets to ensure proper tracking, prioritization, and escalation of incidents and service requests.
