What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chart Auditor position at Endless Mountains Health Systems?
EMHS is seeking a Chart Auditor/Medical Records Processor. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, day shift. Hours may be flexible. This job detail includes auditing all records of patients discharged from Med/Surg Observation, SPU, and Outpatient procedures to ensure completion and accuracy. Maintain Physician deficiency lists and notify Physicians and CEO of deficient/delinquent documentation. MUST MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY AT ALL TIMES.
