The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance to help impact a small woman owned business.

Duties

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all clients ensuring a positive & welcoming experience.
• Sales: Effectively communicate information about tanning packages and products to meet customer needs & achieve sales goals.
• Salon Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening & closing procedures, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations.
• Independent Tasks: Manage the salon efficiently during non-peak hours/season with minimal supervision.

Skills

• Computer Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and operate tanning system software & point-of-sale systems.
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Capable of maintaining accurate customer records and handling transactions efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in resolving customer concerns independently to ensure a positive experience.
• Communication: Clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and approachable demeanor to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks during peak and non-peak hours.
• Multitasking: Manage cleaning duties, customer service and sales responsibilities simultaneously.
• Mobility: Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items (up to 25 pounds) for cleaning and stocking tasks.
• Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods during shift.
• Trainable: Eager to learn and implement salon policies and procedures, including "do's" and "don'ts" of tanning safety.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently during non-peak hours without direct supervision.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve salon goals.

Compensation:

• $15 hourly base pay 10% commission on all product and boutique items sold. Pay range includes base plus average commission sales earned per hours worked.
