Endo Expert (Budtender in Cannabis Retail - Houghton Lake)

ENDO EXPERT (BUDTENDER) JOB DESCRIPTION

The Endo Expert acts as a consultant to the Endo Cannabis Center’s customers while assisting the management team with maintaining all day-to-day operations of the store. Endo Experts carry out duties according to company standard operating procedures and other business practices while maintaining strict compliance with all state, local, company, and any other relevant rules and regulations. The position reports directly to the GM and will provide best-in-class service to all visitors of the Endo Cannabis Center. As a growing brand and team, Endo values team members with a high level of positivity, adaptability, and integrity when performing all existing and during the implementation of any new daily tasks and responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the management team with all functions associated with the operations of the Endo Cannabis Center during each shift
• Consistently provide warm reception for all team members and visitors
• Assist the GM and the Inventory Manager to perform routine inspections to maintain accurate inventory and ensure all product is placed on the sales floor in a clean, organized, and timely fashion
• Exude a consistent personal performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures, a comprehensive understanding of all products, and best practices for guiding customers through the process of product selection
• Communicate any customer incidents or complaints to the manager on duty promptly
• Assist in ensuring the provisioning center’s compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, and directives in all respects, as well as best practices and company policies
• Act with a high level of integrity and with a keen attention to detail when completing any task involving the handling of cash and other payment operating systems
• Strive for customer satisfaction in all respects and ensure a customer-friendly environment
• Report any IT issues to the manager on duty promptly
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check
• 1 Years’ Experience working in a licensed Cannabis distribution/provisioning center preferred
• 1 Years of experience in a retail environment
• Strong knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and both verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and at times high-pressure environment required
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well both alone and with others
• Employee needs to be able to walk, sit, stand, crouch, and reach throughout the day; ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Ability to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is required
