About the Role
The Associate Director, Commercial Counsel will provide legal counsel on commercial matters, including contract management for the US Sterile Injectables and Generics business unit. This role will lead, coordinate, and manage contract requests across these two business segments, preparing and negotiating commercial agreements with customers.
This position will also provide commercial and regulatory counsel on commercial initiatives and promotional labeling through the MARC review process. All incumbents are responsible for following applicable Division & Company policies and procedures.
