Summary

As an Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Reporting to the provider, you will utilize your core skills in clerical duties, customer service, and organizational tasks to support daily administrative functions. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and time management will be vital in managing schedules and maintaining medical records. With additional expertise in QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems, you will enhance our office efficiency and contribute to a positive experience for both staff and clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining medical records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and assisting clients with inquiries.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office.
  • Assist in time management and calendar coordination for team members.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
