Job Description:
Endodontic Associates Limited is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. This position will work from our central administrative office. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative functions within the practice. This position will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure a smooth flow of information between the entire practice.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the daily administrative functions of the practice.
- Support the Practice Manager with daily tasks.
- Monitor daily deposits from clinics.
- Insurance support/monitoring claims
- Collections
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Perform general administrative tasks including but not limited to: answering phones, faxing, scanning, mailing packages, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the back office in a dental office setting or healthcare setting and accounting experience.
Required Education: Associates Degree or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
