We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our dental practice. Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding their treatment.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage doctors schedules.
- Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
- Familiarity with dental software.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Provide support in various administrative tasks within the clinic.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a dental clinic setting.
- Knowledge of dental billing procedures and dental coding practices.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and record management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
