What You’ll Do as a Dental Sterilization Technician:

Maintain and operate sterilization equipment to ensure patient safety.

Sterilize dental instruments and handpieces with precision.

Stock dental supplies and prepare instrument trays for treatments.

Ensure treatment rooms are clean, safe, and ready for the next patient.

Help maintain the office's cleanliness by keeping operatories spotless, including floors, cabinets, and countertops.

Follow OSHA and HIPAA safety guidelines.

Support the clinical team with various tasks and perform other duties as needed (you may even get the chance to assist the doctor as you grow!).

Provide administrative help when required.

Sterilization Technician Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Dental Assistant certification is a plus, but not required).

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and hygiene is helpful, but not mandatory.

CPR certification is preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.
