ECCAS Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ECCAS Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an ECCAS Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing multiple functional tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. This candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operation for our Anesthesiologists and Nurse Anesthetists by coordinating their staff schedules, performing payroll and the credentialing of incoming anesthesia staffing as well as maintaining their personnel files. In addition, this position will be required to be the administrative support for the Medical Director.

Job summary

  • The ability to perform and transition to multiple positions as needed on a daily basis.
  • Payroll for all ECCAS employees.
  • Credentialing for all ECCAS employees – initial and recurring.
  • Administrative duties for the Medical Director of ECCAS and ECC.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1 years of experience in a medical setting
  • 2 years of Payroll Experience
  • Credentialing Background encouraged
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Epic Systems software
  • Payroll software experience
  • Credentialing experience
  • Job / Benefits
