Customers depend on EndoscopyMD to have safe and fully functional surgical equipment to ensure procedures remain on schedule. Since our first flexible endoscope repair agreement in 1999, we’ve expanded to service a comprehensive range of surgical equipment, including rigid and semi-rigid endoscopes, surgical cameras, power equipment, and other biomedical equipment. For 25 years, EndoscopyMD has helped healthcare facilities reduce downtime and contain costs through transparent and efficient surgical equipment repair services.

The Role :

Are you a health care sales professional with a hunter mentality who is tired of working as a small fish in a huge pond? We are looking for an established Sales Representative with a proven track record of building new business in their territory. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, unafraid to pioneer a territory and driven to exceed sales quotas. They will work smart by leveraging territory and prospect knowledge, prioritizing those doors that are most likely to benefit from our partnership.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Your Territory : Identify, target, and win new business within ASCs, hospitals, and GI practices.
  • Leverage Your Network : Use your existing relationships to open doors and close deals while consistently adding new prospects.
  • Sell Smart, Win Big : Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM - from prospecting to closing multi-year service agreements.
  • Be the Trusted Expert : Understand the competitive landscape, market pricing, and key players to position EndoscopyMD as the preferred repair partner .
  • Grow & Expand Accounts : Cross-sell, upsell, and turn one-time transactions into long-term partnerships.
  • Partner with Operations & Customer Service : Ensure every client has a seamless experience, reenforcing EndoscopyMDs reputation for white-glove customer service .
  • Home Office extensive Travel : Live in the territory, meet clients face-to-face, attend industry events, and own your success on the road.
  • What You Bring to the Table

  • 3 - 7 years of proven success in healthcare sales, preferably selling services, medical devices, or related products into ASCs, hospitals, or GI / Endoscopy facilities .
  • A strong existing network of decision-makers in your territory.
  • A true hunter mentality - you love the chase, embrace challenges, and hit your numbers.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills —you can influence and persuade with confidence, both in person and leading virtual meetings.
  • A competitive drive with the discipline to execute.
  • Ability to travel extensively , build relationships and close deals.
  • A Bachelor’s degree and a clean driver’s license.
