Position Overview:
- Full-time (32-40 hours/week)
- Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Morning hours: Program planning and administration
- Afternoon hours (2:00 PM - 6:30 PM): Direct program supervision

Key Responsibilities:
Morning Planning Time (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM):
- Design creative, age-appropriate activities
- Develop weekly lesson plans
- Collaborate with school staff
- Prepare materials and resources

- Lead team planning sessions
Afternoon Program Leadership (2:00 PM - 6:30 PM):
- Guide 10-15 students in activities and learning
- Supervise 2-4 program staff

Friday Morning Administrative Time (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM):
- Weekly program evaluation

Qualifications:
- Student teaching experience or equivalent work with children

- Strong organizational and leadership potential

- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Experience in after-school programs
- Sports or recreation background
- Teaching credential in progress
