Job Title: Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of existing commercial lines policies and clients, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with company standards. This role involves re-marketing policies when appropriate and processing various changes to insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Account Executive, manage a portfolio of existing commercial lines policies and client accounts.
• Process changes to insurance policies, including reinstatements and cancellations.
• Review insurance applications to ensure all questions are thoroughly answered.
• Compile and analyze data on insurance policy changes and lapsed policies.
• Update policy records to align with the specifications of the insured parties.
• Cancel insurance policies as requested by agents and clients.
• Verify the accuracy of insurance company records and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Previous experience in insurance is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!
• Candidate must be licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance within 90 days of start date. Endres Insurance pays for 40 hour pre-licensing class and will reimburse exam fee upon a successful completion.
