The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical design, knowledge of industrial automation, and an understanding of control systems. PLC programming experience is a plus, as there may be opportunities to assist with in-shop programming.

Which tasks will you perform?
- Design electrical schematics and control panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Develop wiring diagrams, BOMs, and other documentation to support panel builds and system integration.
- Work closely with panel fabrication team to ensure designs meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with the automation team to integrate control system components.
- Maintain design standards and best practices for electrical drawings.
- Assist in in-shop PLC programming when opportunities arise.
You will have (required):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Automation, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical.
- Experience in electrical design for industrial automation, control panels, or related systems
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (UL 508A, NEC, etc.).
- Ability to create accurate and detailed electrical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be willing to travel locally and have a clean driving record.
