What is the role about?
This role requires extensive technical knowledge on Endress Hauser radar products to effectively disseminate information to our support teams and service providers. Responsibilities include ensuring that advanced customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, handling product quality concerns, and performing field service work to resolve challenging issues. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction through expert problem-solving and training initiatives.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Support the Regional Business teams with high level technical questions regarding radar products.
- Conduct national product focused meetings with the Regional Business teams to ensure knowledge retention and development across all groups.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to lead Product Network meetings to create a strong and collaborative team internally and externally.
- Provide relevant service training to our Authorized Service Technicians and Product & Application Engineers.
- Collaborate with our Talent Development department for customer training offerings.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training materials for internal and external partners.
- Create knowledge articles to expand our knowledge database to create efficiency internally and for our customers.
- Communicate and address product quality concerns when they arise.
- Establish succession plan by mentoring Product & Application Engineers.
- Maintain certification for conducting specified trainings.
What do we expect from you?
You will have (required):
- Bachelors in a technical field with 3 years of relevant experience OR Associates in a technical field with 4 years of related experience OR 5 years of combined experience, education, and training
- Up to 30% travel (1-3 times/quarter), unplanned

- Demonstrated technical proficiency with experience in effective presenting, instructing, and training.
